You’ll roll up your sleeves and cook together, learning hands–on techniques passed down through generations -from kneading dough for traditional breads to perfecting the art of slow–cooked stews. Along the way, you’ll hear family stories, pick up a few words of Portuguese, and discover the little touches that make Portuguese comfort food so special.
